This is the most disgusting thing that I have heard they eat over here - so far, I just had to share it with everyone:

A McGriddle;
The "standard" McGriddles sandwich consists of bacon, egg and American cheese served on asmall pancake injected with maple flavoring deep inside its griddle folds. Both the top and bottom griddle cakes are embossed with the McDonald's logo.
